Are the holiday dates Saturday to Saturday? - No, you can start your holiday on any day of the month, availability permitting. However, it is not always possible to straddle month ends.
How long can the villa be let for? - Again, if there is availability, you can rent the villa for any amount of time you wish and we are happy to negotiate a price with you if you wish to occupy the villa for 3 weeks or more.
Is it easy to become a co-owner and would we need a solicitor on board? - It is not a complicated thing to do and we have standard documentation which does not require the involvement of a solicitor, although you are welcome to have a solicitor check it out if you so wish.
Is it suitable for a group of teenagers/stag parties/hen parties? - NO. The complex is a family complex and is run as such by the co-owners and the company.
Is there a Facebook page? - YES. the Facebook page is called Los Azahares Company Ltd and is run by Sue.
Is there WiFi in the villas? - Yes, WiFi has recently been installed. (Extra charges may apply)
Are there televisions in the villas? - Yes, we have televisions in all villas.
