The Complex
Sitting some 300 metres back from the Playa de Mojacar, you will find Los Azahares, nestling at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera Mountain range.
Both villas and pools are surrounded by delightfully landscaped gardens.
The complex is entered through a wrought iron gateway and there is ample parking space by each villa.
We are now able to offer you Wi Fi for a small charge, depending on how long you require it. Just let us know if you would like this. There is also a TV in each villa.
There is a built in barbeque on each terrace which is equipped with loungers and patio furniture so that you can eat or relax in the sun or shade.
For the real sun-worshippers, a staircase at the front of each villa leads to an individual rooftop sun terrace.

Inside the Villas
Inside, the villas are tastefully and comfortably furnished to a high standard. There is a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom. In the lounge there is a sofa that converts into a double bed. (A cot/high chair can be hired from our local agents, if required.)
In 2018 air conditioning was installed in each villa, which as well as cooling you down in the summer months, will keep you warm in the winter months and during the cooler evenings. It will not cost you a fortune as it is coin operated on a meter basis and you can use as much or as little as you like. Our co-owners have expressed their delight at having this installed and it is working very well.
We now have Wi Fi in the villas (at an extra charge) and a TV.

Self-contained kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday. There is a washing machine, a small fridge freezer and an oven.
There is plenty of cutlery and plates and cups and cooking utensils.
An iron and ironing board is also available - just in case.

Main bedroom
The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
There is also a twin bedroom which also has plenty of space for your clothes.
